Company was founded in 2021, a professional manufacturer with more than 20 years of experiences in Bike/Car Accessories. With ISO9001 and BSCI management system, SG Certified, all of our products comply with international quality standards and are greatly appreciated in a variety of different markets throughout the world. In 2021, Zhejiang Zhu Feng Sports Goods Co. Ltd.was established, which is specialized in bike, skiing, motorcycle and skateboard helmets, for those who love live and the living.

The company is located in Long You, Zhe Jiang. The company covers a total area of 97 acres, with a plant area of 24,000 square meters. It allows company to have 1,000 employees to work within.

Current situation

For the last two years, Zhufeng has invested over 170 million into various production relative machines, such as Hertz EPS Pre-expansion machine, ABB auto-trimming machine, vacuum forming machine, EPS forming machine, etc. Most important, our lab has equipped with testing machine from AD. In Zhufeng, we are capable to provide you all services needed to produce a helmet.

At this moment, we are working closely with many high-end helmet and E-bike brands in China market. The monthly capacity has improved from 100K to 200K in just one year time. In the next few months, we will purchase more machines and extend the assemble lines. For next year, we will be able to improve our monthly capacity to 300K and achieve three million helmets in one year.
