The PC Printing Department is equipped with 2 automatic printing devices and 8 semi-automatic printing devices, with a monthly production capacity of 160,000 pieces, and a professional team including 2 color-matching specialists to ensure color accuracy. The Watermark Printing Department has 1 automatic printing device and 10 semi-automatic printing devices, with a monthly production capacity of 400,000 sheets, and a professional team of more than 10 skilled water decal printing workers. The two printing departments work together to lay a solid foundation for product quality and production efficiency.

Zhufeng Sports' blister department is equipped with 10 automatic blister machines, with a temperature difference controlled within ±3℃. All blister machines have intelligent control functions, which can lock data during sample production to ensure stable PC thickness and non-deformable patterns during mass production, with a monthly production capacity of 250,000 pieces, demonstrating strong large-scale production capabilities.

Zhufeng Sports' trimming department is equipped with 4 CNC machines and more than 15 ABB manipulators imported from Switzerland, featuring a high degree of equipment automation and a monthly production capacity of 260,000 pieces, which demonstrates outstanding large-scale production strength. Meanwhile, all trimming program settings of this department are optimized and saved by intelligent computers, effectively ensuring that the quality of products in large-scale production is consistent with that of samples, with extremely strong process stability.

Zhufeng Sports' EPS Molding Department is equipped with 22 EPS injection molding machines and high-precision pre-foaming machines imported from Austria, with a monthly production capacity of 280,000 pieces. By using the most advanced pre-foaming equipment imported from Austria, this department ensures the same EPS density quality of each batch of products, playing a key role in the stable passage of tests and demonstrating its precise control and large-scale production strength in EPS molding technology.

Zhufeng Sports' Injection Molding Department is equipped with 20 injection molding machines, 8 of which are used for producing ABS shells, with a monthly production capacity of more than 300,000 pieces. All injection-molded parts are produced internally to ensure the stability of product quality, demonstrating its strength in large-scale production and quality control in the field of injection molding technology.

Zhufeng Sports' Painting Department is equipped with 2 automatic painting lines, 6 painting lines and 2 electrostatic painting lines. All painting processes are completed in a dust-free environment, with a monthly production capacity of up to 650,000 pieces. Meanwhile, the department pays attention to environmental protection and uses water-based coatings for mass production, practicing the concept of green production while ensuring painting quality and efficiency.

Zhufeng Sports' Assembly Department has 5 assembly lines for bicycle/ski helmets and 6 assembly lines for motorcycle/electric vehicle helmets, with an assembly capacity of more than 20,000 pieces per day. Relying on a specialized production line layout, it efficiently completes the assembly and production of various helmets, providing a solid guarantee for product delivery.

‍‍‍Zhufeng Sports' quality control section has more than 30 quality control employees. The quality team members are responsible for all key processes, including incoming materials, EPS molding, pre-assembly, printing and painting, production line inspection, and batch testing of finished helmets, ensuring the reliability of product quality through full-process quality control.

The testing equipment in Zhufeng Sports' internal laboratory is imported from AD in Italy and calibrated with precision by a European third-party inspection agency, which can reduce the time and cost required for project development testing. Its equipment can arrange tests for most standards, such as GB24429, EN1077/1078, ASTMF2040, CPSC1203, ECE 22.06, etc., providing professional testing guarantee for product quality and compliance.
